I do not believe so. I used two of these on two different builds and I checked all the documentation that came with the unit and as near as I can tell it is not compatible with the LGA 1150 platform.

Question 2

Is this CPU cooler compatible with the intel LGA1155 Ivy bridge i5, along with any motherboard like an ASUS P8B75-V LGA1155 ATX for example? Just double checking to be sure.

It is compatible with an Asus Z87-A motherboard which supports an Intel 1155 CPU chip.  I have it installed on mine and it runs nice and quiet.  The cooler package comes with several adapters for connection to different types of motherboards.  The information from the manufacturer (Rosewill) should give you the answer you need.

Will this fan work with a MSI Z87-GD Gaming LGA 1150 motherboard
with an i7-4770 Haswell 3.5 inside a Rosewill ARMOR-EVO Gaming E-ATX mid tower case?

It will work for that socket and based on the dimensions given, it will fit in that case.

Yes.  It will work with an AM3+.  However, you want to examine the space around the microprocessor to verify you will have enough room!  Go to Coolermaster's website and see the fan dimensions.  Then add 6 millimeters to height, width and length - this will guarantee you have enough room to mount the heatsink and fan without having any issues...

I am using with an Intel i5 now and it is doing fine. Keeps it 35C most of the time and stays silent unless it has a good load.
