Rosewill RTK-001 Premium Anti-Static Wrist Strap

Pros: A lot more comfortable than the basic ant-static wrist strap. Fits my large wrist with room to spare.

Cons: None

Overall Review: It doesn't become bothersome or uncomfortable after little usage like the basic anti-static wrist straps.

Pros: Absolutely none.

Cons: Dead right out of the package.

Overall Review: Be SURE to test the cord on this with a multi-meter/ohm meter before trusting it. Mine has no connection somewhere behind the button socket in the cord. It has resistance right up to where the wire enters the button socket but none from there. Will cost more to ship it back then it's worth so I'll just chalk it up for a loss. This is by no means Neweggs fault, definitely a Manuf. defect. Not saying they all are bad but mine sure was , so once again be sure to check it.

Pros: None of my components were fried when I fired up the computer for the first time!

Cons: The cord says its six feet long. However, it is coiled, so the effective length is much shorter (~3-4 feet).

Overall Review: It was a combo with my order so there wasn't really any cost to me...

Pros: Inexpensive, convenient, easy snap on and off button at wrist so you don't have to undo the strap or unclasp the clip if you have to walk away. Can save your equipment. I like blue but thats really negligible.

Cons: None.

Overall Review: Although this gives me all confidence in touching my hardware, just like another reviewer said, I still touch my hand to my PSU before I handle any hardware and I recommend this procedure to all who are working on computers. Better safe then sorry and out a computer.

Pros: You won't fry your expensive components. Also, nice blue color so you can find it easily in a box of cords. The wrist strap looks like it will fit a very small wrist. I have small wrists and it could probably tighten enough to fit a dog's wrists. Scooby, you're in luck!

Cons: The wrist strap looks like it may not be able to fit people with extremely large wrists. The diameter at loosest setting is about 2 3/4" to 3". Don't know how big some of you big fellows' wrists are but it just looks like it may be too small for big people. Star taken off because of the strap closing mechanism. It works but is not my fave. Could be 5 star worthy though, plenty good for its purpose.

Overall Review: Don't plug your power supply in and connect yourself to your computer with this and start connecting things like one person said in a review. This will not protect you from getting zapped and will likely make any zap worse. This is meant to connect to a ground or to your case while working in a unplugged case to prevent static electricity from building up under the movement of your clothing, shoes, etc and frying your electronics. If you don't know what you are doing or are not sure, ask someone who does so you don't end up with a Darwin award.

Pros: Buy it. Its a cheap way to help insure you dont fry anything. Its a strap...complete with strappy like technology. Just look at its strappy like appearance, its absolutely amazing! If I were a baby strap, this is the strap I would want to grow up to be like.

Cons: None thus far.

Pros: I didn't short any of my parts while using it. Everything worked perfectly.

Cons: That light blue color is ugly, maybe a navy blue or a simple black or white color.

Overall Review: Nothing really, this is a fairly simple product. I built my current rig with it and it still works great. I did build it on carpet like an idiot just to shock the people around me. I didn't move, but my rig is still in excellent condition. I like taunting everyone and everything. :)

Pros: Big, fits around my large wrist. Seems to be effective, no fried components yet. Wristband and cord disconnect.

Cons: Strange clasp, comes undone easily.
