Is this PSU 80plus certified?

I am not sure what 80+ certified means. I know that the power supply is more than ample for what I need. I was taught that more power is better. This replaced a 450w ps and I will be getting a new video card soon so I wont have to worry about my components lacking for power. I have had good luck with Rosewill products to date.

I know it is only 700 watts but it works just fine.  I am running AMD 9600 PHENOM PROC. 8 gigs ram and ATI 
HD Video card.  Been using it for a year.  Hope that helps.

Can anyone confirm that this PSU would be compatible with the ASRock 990fx Mobo and VisionTek 900652 Radeon R9 280X?  Went to upgrade my GPU and got lost down the rabbit hole of compatibility.

This power supply has the proper main line motherboard power and +4 lead. Additionally, it comes with 4 graphics card power connectors. Your R9 280 will need two of them by itself. The Rosewill PSU should be just fine for your immediate needs. Good luck!

How many molex plugs for fans does this psu have? Im worried that it wont have enough. If it doesnt have enough, what can I do to fix that?

It has two and you can always buy splitters that will add up to 4 additional molex connectors to one molex cable.  Also your motherboard probably has several places where you can plug fans into and power them through the motherboard so you can control the fan speed using software.

Is this PSU Haswell Ready?

For a standard motherboard/cpu(i3,i5,i7) and one good graphics card this PSU is more than enough. If you plan to x-fire or SLI cards in the future you might need more power. Haswell cpu's are known for lower power consumption. Buy with confidence.
