- 1. Ensure the USB connector is firmly plugged into a working USB adapter, power bank, laptop, or outlet.
- 2. Try another USB port or adapter if possible.
- 3. Remove the insulation tab from the remote battery before first use.
- 4. Point the remote directly at the blue receiver on the USB part.
Wires Tangling Easily
- 1.Hang the Top Wire First
Install the main top wire before opening the strands.
- 2.Release Strands One by One
Unwind each vertical strand in order to avoid knots.
