how does this software handle cd ripping and editing? I have used creator 5 which in some ways I like the best, then I upgraded to 7 which has it's good and bad points. Now I want to install on a WIN 7 machine and neither of those will install.

I do some excerpting parts of CD's to make demo CD's of various types of music, and convert things from mp3-wave for editing as well as converting the edited wave files back to mp3 for various projects.

Has anyone out there done anything like this with Roxio Creator 2012 Special Edition?
