    1. Certificate may only be used as payment toward a new reservation booked directly with Royal Caribbean International. Once applied, the reservation may be transferred to a travel agency.
    2. Certificate value applies only to the cruise fare of Royal Caribbean International sailings quoted in USD, not the required initial deposit, which must be paid in USD (cash or credit card) at booking.
    3. Certificate may not be split between reservations or partially redeemed.
    4. There are no blackout dates or restrictions on ship, itinerary or stateroom category, but all reservations are subject to availability.
    5. Certificate may not be applied to group, charter or casino program/promotion reservations.
    6. Certificate may not be used for onboard credit or shipboard charges.
    7. Multiple certificates may be applied to one reservation's cruise fare; any balance may be paid by cash or credit card.
    8. After booking, Royal Caribbean's normal policies on cancellation, changes, and payment deadlines apply.
    9. Certificate is transferable only by gift and has no expiration date.
    10. Certificate is nonrefundable, has no cash value, and will not be replaced if lost, stolen or if the reservation is cancelled.
    11. Certificate is void where prohibited by law or if sold for cash or other consideration.
    12. Passenger Ticket Contract. All passengers must sign and agree to Royal Caribbean International's Cruise Ticket Contract (available at www.royalcaribbean.com) as a condition of sailing; its terms are incorporated by reference. IMPORTANT NOTICE: THE CRUISE TICKET CONTRACT CONTAINS IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS ON PASSENGERS' RIGHTS. Disputes with Royal Caribbean International must be filed in Miami/Dade County, Florida, within a limited time. By redeeming the certificate, the holder agrees to be bound by these terms.
