Is there a pull out bin or do you have to lift the top? At 82 I don't lift heavy things.

Yes. There is a pull-out bin with two wheels on the bottom front, and it's very easy to slide out and back into place.  I should mention that you will have to lift the top when you take it out of the box, but that would be the only lifting you would have to do.

It's 12 3/8" wide, 7 1/2" deep, and 16 3/4" tall.  Seems to be well made; very happy with it so far.
