Are the cables SATA II or SATA III?

I concur with the following:
There is no difference between a SATA II & III cable. It is the silicon behind the interface that determines speed.
That said, low quality cables that work well enough for low speeds may not perform as expected when pushed to higher speeds.
I found these cables to be of good quality and have experienced no errors at SATA III speeds.

I checked the box [in my little inventory] & it doesn't specify, good question. When I actually open the box & use the bracket, I will probably end up using different cables, 6 or 12 inch right angle, and the supplied cables will go back to my little inventory, from the picture they look like 18 inch
