Why did the area rug I received have a color difference?
Due to differences in lighting and the monitors used by each individual, there may inevitably be color differences. Thank you for your understanding.
How to remove wrinkles from rugs?
1.Reverse curling.Rolls the carpet in the opposite direction and leaves it for a few hours or days.The wrinkles will naturally stretch.
2.Place heavy objects (such as books or furniture) on the folds for one or two days to help flatten them.
Is this carpet suitable for families with pets?
Yes, our rug suits pet homes, made of long-lasting, stain-resistant material. It’s machine washable, easy to clean pet hair or messes. Busy patterns hide minor stains.
Can I put the rug in the washing machine?
YES.Small to medium fit home washers; large need large-capacity in case it gets damaged in home washers. Check care label, use cold water, gentle cycle, mild detergent. Lay flat to dry, avoid bleach or high heat.
