I have a similar adapter in my house. Can I use the non-original adapter?
Please use the original adapter provided in the package to avoid potential issues such as strobing light, reduced service life, and slower charging. Utilize the 5V/3A adapter, and refrain from using the 5V/1A or 5V/2A adapters
Can the main light source of the desk lamp support a 30-minute timer for automatic shutdown?
Currently, only the night light function supports a 30-minute automatic shut-off timer. By long-pressing the night light function, the light will flash for 3 seconds to confirm the timer's activation.
How to set the clock?
1. Press and hold the clock button, use the "+” or "-” to select either the 12H or 24H format. Press the clock to set the hour, then use the "+” or "-” to adjust. Press the clock button again to set the minutes. Press once more to finish setting.
Can this desk lamp set an alarm?
Currently, the desk lamp only has a clock function and cannot set alarms. If you have this requirement, please communicate with us. We will consider adding this feature in future product development. Thank you!
