Troubleshooting:
- Insufficient power leads to unstable Bluetooth connection. Please charge the keyboard or mouse for 30 minutes and then reconnect.
- Delete all bluetooth connection records from your device and reconnect.
- Restart the keyboard and mouse and your device.
- Please make sure that the keyboard or mouse Bluetooth channel is in pairing mode (the Bluetooth indicator flashes quickly).
- Please make sure the distance between connected devices is no more than 33 feet.
- Please ensure that the computer receiving port is in good contact.
- Please make sure your device system version is Mac OS/iOS 10.12 or above, Windows 8/10 or above, Android 4.3 or above.
