Will this work on the Galaxy tab 3?

You should check the manual for your version of the Tab 3.  For example, the Sprint documentation for the Tab 3 says: "You can install an optional microSD™ memory card (not included), to add storage for images, videos, music, documents, and other files on your tablet. This tablet supports microSD™, microSDHC™, and microSDXC™ cards of up to 64GB capacity."

So in that case, the answer is yes.

I bought this for a Samsung Galaxy S4 and it works perfectly (so far).  I checked the dock before I bought to make sure the 64GB size was supported, I recommend you do the same, just in case.

will this memory card fit in the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and Note 3?

I use this with my galaxy tab 3 8" and it works great. Should work with the note 2 and newer because they say it supports 64GBs.
