What is the WRITE speed of this drive?

20 to 22 is what i get with windows 10 usb 3.0 the read speed is very good though the samsung seems to be much more dependable than one such as Team Group which was a failure for me

Where is it manufactured?

Not sure, but unlikely to be China. Most flash drive manufacturers have moved their manufacturing plants out of China because the wages are getting too high over there. Probably somewhere in Southeast Asia.
