Will this drive work with Windows 10, and do they have drivers for it?

Yes it will work in Windows 10.  The drivers are built into the windows system so it is just plug and play.  (At one time that used to mean plug it in and play with it all day to get it to work.  But that is not the case with SATA )
The software that comes with it is for playing DVD movies and burning CD/DVD's. Its use is optional but many people find the software a lot better than windows media software and so use it.  The one important thing is that you have a SATA port on your motherboard to plug it into.
