No, it does not come with a displayport cable. It comes with a D-sub cable.

Does the monitor allow compatibility to mount it on a triple monitor stand?

Yes - this monitor supports standard VESA mounts.

Purchased three myself and mounted them on a DS-319STA with the extension brackets (DS-EXTARM).

Make sure to consider the max monitor width specs on your stand before purchasing.

The manual states that the vertical frequency ranges between 56 to 75 Hz depending on the resolution.

Can this monitor "Pivot" 90 degrees so that it's vertical?  It says it can, but the image doesn't show the stand long enough to support a vertical monitor.

This monitor does pivot for "portrait" orientation:  Stand Function: Tilt range : -3° to +25° Pivot : -1 to +95 Swivel range : -45° to +45°

I'm looking for a monitor that incorporates a USB connection so I can use my wireless mouse with it via the monitor (my computer is some distance from my keyboard and I keep losing signal.)  I get confused with the jargon "USB is downstream" or "Upstream."  Simple question is, will this monitor work by plugging my USB driven wireless mouse into it?

Please ignore my previous answer, I misread which monitor it was referring to.  If this monitor does have USB, you will be able to use it for a wireless mouse as long as the monitor is connected by USB to the computer and the wireless mouse dongle is connected to the monitor.
