is there a dual monitor set up for two of these on one stand?

The monitor comes with a stand for a single monitor. You would have to purchase a separate two monitor stand if that is what you desire. Search for "two monitor stand" on Newegg, and you will have plenty of options. Make sure the VESA mounting holes are compatible with your monitors, and the stand supports two 22" monitors before buying. I have two these monitors sitting side-by-side on their own stands, and I have no need to have them on the same stand.
