Hello, does this monitor have speakers?

I didn't notice before but I have not gotten any sound out of the monitor.  It performs great for what I need it for.  It does have speakers you can configure but I just haven't been able to get them to work.

You left out the only thing that matters. What kind of video out put you have. The monitor only has Sub D ( not the best ) and two HDMI inputs. If you have one of them it should be fine

I have mbp and this monitor hooks up to it with a hdmi cable. It works great.

How do i get the speakers to work i plugged a different hdmi cord in and still nothing?

There are no speakers on the monitor.

There is an audio out connector (headphone symbol).  The audio out comes from the HDMI path.  I have the audio coming from my PC to external speakers, but I connected the external speakers to the audio out connector on the monitor and it worked fine.

does this monitor support 3 D game and does it support win 8 touch screen?

Unfortunately it doesn't support either options. There great monitors for gaming and movies plus the slim design. If you want windows 8 functions I would get a Logitech touch pad. That's what I did.
