Yes, it can.  On Windows, you'll need the "FAT32 Format" utility or another third-party alternative as the built-in formatter is limited to 32GB volumes.

What's the difference between this and the Extreme Pro?

The Extreme has a write speed of 70 MB/s, the Extreme Pro runs at 90 MB/s. The Pro is better for cameras where the photographer uses burst mode frequently. Otherwise, for use in laptops for extra hard drive space (as I do with the Extreme that I bought) or cameras which don't use the burst mode often, or extra storage on a phone, ect. the cards are very much the same. If extra write speed is what you want, go with the Pro. If you're just looking for storage space alone, either would be fine.

Don't have a Note 20 Ultra but it works fine in both the current gen X1 carbon and previous generation X1 carbon SDXC slots so I can't imagine why it wouldn't work in a current Samsung products since Samsung has supported this capacity for a while now
