I'm looking for a SD card I could use for an Nintendo 3ds. Will this one work, or would I need to look for a different one?

  I personally do not game and I am not familiar with the requirements, so I looked them up on Nintendo's website. I am not allowed to post the link to the website (stupid rule).  But you can Google it.

The last 3 digits are a convention for re-visioning as per other sources online. I can tell you that I ordered this card and it works great in my devices. My Nephew used it with his ds for a few days until I found out that he removed it from my camera. I bought him a 32gb ultra card and it works flawlessly. You don't need the extra bandwidth on a handheld system as the system itself will be the bottle neck. I have a few Ultra's and the write speed isn't much different when writing several smaller files (images) but is more noticeable when writing large files (db dumps). The card I received is the exact one in the picture - UHS1//Class-10 @ 45mbps

Is this compatible with Samsung Note-II cell phone?  How is SD designation different from SDHC UHS-I?

I dont believe this will work in a cell phone, you would more than likely have to get a micro sd card. SD stands for secure digital, sdhc is just secure digital high capacity. Not sure what UHS stands for but im pretty sure its just a measurement of the classification of video speed for reading and writing. If youre just looking for adding memory to your phone a standard microsd card will do fine, this one has higher speeds for dslr speed shots and hd video recording.
