Anyone know if this card works with Samsung Note 4?

I use this in my Note 3 normally, and it has always worked very well.  No crazy slow latency like some of the lower end cards have.  I have also used it in my Note 4 (work) to just transfer some files from my old work phone to the new note 4.  Didn't have any problems with it.

I really like the responsiveness of the storage.  It's great to be able to take and save photos quickly.

If I buy this item will it be shipped to me as the exact thing as the one shown in the picture? 64GB black and red, original factory packaging, speed 95MB/s, XC I ETC.
