Yes, it can be used in a v2.0 port. (it's just ten times slower to copy to/from)

Yes.  I never use it but this is a quote from the Sandisk web site:

"The SanDisk Extreme 3.0 USB Flash Drive comes with the exclusive SanDisk SecureAccess software, which lets you configure a password-protected private folder on your SanDisk USB Flash Drive."

Personally, I can only say this is the fastest flash drive I have ever encountered.  Subjectively, it appears as fast as a hard drive.

Will this U disk is a display of the local disk or a removable disk? Can you use WTG?
