I backed up pics from iPhone 6+, but when I plugged it into my Dell computer USB, the screen said I could not download because it was not compatible. I needed to go to the app store and download an app. There is no app for this in my windows 10 store. How can I get the pics from this device to my computer? The package says to just plug in into the usb.

Is the pc slot USB 3.0? That's the only thing I can think might be the issue. Mine works fine, without any software/apps. Possibly check to make you have the latest updates for your pc as far as drivers and BIOS. Mine is a Dell as well
