Pros: Super small and super quick! Couldn't ask for a better price.
Overall Review: Once you get your Cruzer, be sure to remove the U3 software on it.
It shows up as 31 GB, but don't worry. The missing 1 GB is dedicated to paging.
Pros: It’s small and compact. I haven’t measured the actual speed but it’s just as fast as the other cruzer drives I have. Got it to replace a 16GB usb drive of the same type.
Cons: Special software is needed to remove the U3 software.
Overall Review: Activity light pulsates when not transferring data. Can be annoying if the drive sits in your field of view.
Pros: Its retractable and that about it
Cons: Its as slow as dial-up internet. Starts off writing around 14 MByte/s for about a second then tapers off to 1-3 MByte/s. this is unacceptable. Then I tried to erase a movie and it said its write protected. also won't let me reformat because its write protected. Going back to Transcend drives. I got two of them and never had any problems!
Overall Review: Junk product. Couldn't give less than 1 egg! I will never buy Sandisk again.
Pros: Speed. Its a nice drive. Compact size.
Cons: The design. Used to the design of the cruzier mini. Also if you put a key chain location to add to a key chain, at least add the metal ring to do so.
Overall Review: Many complain about speed. Think about it, copying over 20+ GB of data or whatever WILL take time no matter to what device you use. I copied over 7+ GB worth of data and it copied in reasonable amount of time.
Pros: I've not used it extensively, but it's worked perfectly for everything I've used it for.
Pros: It's a solid piece of equipment. Meaning it does what it should.
Cons: The latch to hold the connector out is very weak. I don't know if it was just a fluke for mine, but after 2 or 3 inserts, I had to hold the connection slider every time I put it in whereas other USB drives that I had click into place and I'm able to push it in with one hand (not so with this one).
Pros: construction is more sturdy than the two other SanDisk I own, had the same capacity as before even after it was formatted NTFS, holds a lot, good price
Cons: SLOW! to write, slow to read, and therefore slow to mount. It took two and a half hours to fill it using a USB 2.0 port (to be fair, it was lots of tiny files ... the most demanding of any kind for any drive).
Overall Review: I bought this to archive important files and so once I filled it I stuck it into a safety deposit box. Good thing, this would drive me nuts if I had to use it day in and day out.
Pros: Great size for the price.
Cons: Bought to use as a drive for my VM but found that the read/write was just way to slow to be useful for this.
Overall Review: Large size but slow.
