It comes with screws to mount it, but DOES NOT come with a bay for the ssd (like an hdd to ssd slot adapter). It only comes with the small threaded screws.

Yes, this SSD can be installed in an enclosure as long as it is a 2.5" form factor (at least) and also uses the SATA connections that are found on the SSD.  Please be advised that if the SSD is not detected by Windows you may need to format/partition the drive in order for it to be accessible.  Hope this helps!

it uses an internal NV M2 drive ...looks like a memory stick, the scandisk looks like a thin regular hard drive and would not fit from the specs I see on the Razer Blade 15 GeForce RTX 2060 .

Of course. Virtually every bare internal drive you can buy comes 'unformatted', so you'll need to use software built into the computer in which you install it, to format it for use with that computer. On a Mac, that's their Disk Utility, found in Applications->Utilities. Good luck!
