Unfortunately no this cable is for a display port to a DVI display. You will have to look in to a Kanex Dual-link DVI to Apple Mini DisplayPort Adapter Model C247DL or SIIG CB-DP0H11-S1 DVI to Mini DisplayPort Converter. Just search them here on newegg.

How long is this cable? I can't seem to find the length in the spec page.

Confirmed Laurie W.  It is short..  just a pass through to add another digital cable to your computer.  You will need this and one more DVI to monitor Cable.

Does this support 144hz refresh rate?

I don't know. And I don't think a refresh rate is dependent on this device..
