Are there any known issues with game crashes related to this VGA card?

Consistent game crashes no unless a new AAA game came out and its not optimized for pc or the drivers aren't well tuned yet. It is however a good idea to power down your pc sometimes because amd drivers have a problem where it wont let you start a game due to a "vram limit" being reached but I think its more of a windows problem if you have too many things running in the background or if file explorer starts having a memoryleak issue (common with file explorer and microsofts photos and photos legacy apps).

How does this VGA card interact with AMD processors and specific motherboards like the MSI b650i m-itx?

Tldr: really good card with amd cpus and motherboards. the 7800 xt is a better value if its in stock.

The card is solid in performance when paired with a higher end r5 or lower end r7 but genuinely if you can find the 7800xt version of this card at a good price it would offer more performance for minimal additional money. If it's what you really want and its in stock then its basically a slightly more efficient rtx 2080 super with more vram and works great with upper medium and lower high settings in most games. ive played a lot of graphically intense vr games, but most recently half life alyx and it has given me around 70-80 fps with the settings set to high, but not ultra.
