What is the power supply requirement, and are Windows XP drivers available for it?

No on-board Molex or PCI power connectors.  Pulls up to 60 watts directly from the PCIe bus.  Not suitable for a supply delivering under 300 watts.  Supported under XP with standard Radeon driver.

Is this GPU compatible with Windows 8?

I have it running on Win 8.1. It is compatible. Download the latest AMD Catalyst Driver.

Question 3

If my computer has 220w power supply, what are the possible scenarios that could happen to the card if i dont upgrade that? Also, I have an HP slim form factor power supply. What is a good purchase to make when it comes to a 300w power supply?

A 220w power supply should handle this card just fine, overall it has pretty low power draw. I ended up getting a new power supply to future-proof my system, so I went from a 240w (which it ran fine on) to a 635w (for when I get a better/beefier card). Definitely get one that is at least 80+ Bronze certified. If you have some extra money an 80+ Gold certified power supply will save you a bit on your power bill, but if you're on a budget Bronze is the way to go. Definitely look for name-brand power supplies with good reviews; remember, this is the piece that keeps your whole computer running smoothly! It's definitely worth a little extra money to ensure the stability of the rest of your expensive components.

Question 4

I want to be able to connect 2 lcd monitors to this as well as a projector on the vga port will this work for what I need it to do?

VGA out = standard definition
DVI & HDMI out = Hi Def 1080p
Card powered by mobo, not p.s.

Impedance matching on all ends should allow all three ports to be populated and theoretically will function but I doubt there'll be ample power.  You'll probably end up with poor performance at the screen or may even smoke the card.  Outside of that I would spend a little more money and get a video card that is powered by the power supply, not the motherboard, or contact tech support.
