I currently have 3 22" monitors connected, rotated 90* in an eyefinity setup. Eyefinity fools windows into believing you only have 1 screen with a combined resolution of [in my case] 3240 x 1980. To answer your question, yes. This card can run up to 3 displays, if you are using a display port adapter make sure you get an active adapter! In your case, I would reccomend you buy an active adapter and run your 2 monitors from the DVI ports.

are you sure it is a pci-e slot? it could be possible that you are trying to use an AGP slot which just won't work at all. but the card is a double-sized card and sometimes the slots don't line up quite right and need a bit of finessing to fit the card into the slot. make sure you line the pins up first, then just give it a good shove and it should go.

i know it supports two for sure. from what it looks like in the catalyst control center. it will support three. i have my 32"samsung tv hooked up with an HDMI Cable (no adapters), a 20" spectre monitor with the DVI Cable. there is one more HDMI port open still. i think its a mini, or a micro HDMI. i don't remeber the specification. when i fire up the 'puter both screens display the same, but when windows starts up it displays the extended display setting i have it set to. when i was first aetting it up and "playing around" with the sttings i turned on the eyefinity setting, but i didnt have three same sized monitors, so it was diplaying funny, like it was missing a monitor. (some desktop image was missing) i hope it helped. sorry i couldnt give you a definative answer. the most labor intensive game i have is crysis 2 maximum edition. the second highest setting and it runs great. no hiccups on renderig or game play. i never go full throttle with anything i own. but i will gove it a shot when i get home.

Hello,
I just wanted to check and make sure this card would be compatible with my computer.  I have a Dell Optiplex 990 (Small Form Factor).  I know the PCIe slot is half size and I know that the power supply does 240W.  Do I need extra power for this card?

Yes, you need a larger power supply, i think the manufacturer states a minimum of 500w, but the product details on newegg do show this if I'm recalling  incorrectly. Additionally, this card is  GIANT. Small form factor cases will likely have issues accepting it - it's like 11 or twelve inches long. The details on newegg also have the exact  dimensions. Hope this helps and doesn't discourage you too much, it really is a beast of a card and I've loved it so far. :)

How is this card for heavy gaming? Is it in the medium to high settings on most games?

It depends on what framerate/smoothness level you are looking for. Sure most games will run at medium and high settings, but with some titles you'll have to crank it down to medium/low to get a really smooth output. I would defiantly recommend this card if that isn't an issue in your circumstance.

Does the HDMI port produce 4K resolution?

probably fine, just don't push your luck with upper frame rates. 4K is a massive refresh task for any card but I haven't had any games play below 35fps on my 1920x1080. Considering the price I'd go for it and if it does lag on some things it has a gold finger so you could just buy another and run it in parallel.

is this good for gaming?

The stated requirement for power supply is at least 400W.  I won't argue against that.  I'm not sure what you mean by Valt, but it requires an addition 6 pin power connector from the PSU.

Is it good for gaming?  I wouldn't call it bad, but it was never top of the line  I have not tried it with newer games, but games for like Left 4 Dead 2 I could play on max settings at 1080p.  I would not recommend it at this point, unless you are getting it for extremely cheap and have no other options.  You aren't future proofing your system with your card.  You will probably be able to play 2015 games on the card, but certainly not a higher graphics settings.

as far as two resolutions; yes. about the specific ones you asked; idk. i am currently running two different resolutions on my card. 1360x768 (native) on my samsung 32"tv and 800x600 on a 21" sceptre (monitor)

This card supports CrossFireX and it is not required that the additional cards be identical. They do need to be similar, as in the same family (7xxx).
