Does this come with a stability bracket like in the limited edition version of this GPU?

Yes, it did come with an L shaped stability bracket that screwed into the case where other PCI cards would be screwed in. Not sure if this would interfere with screwing in addional PCI cards.

Does the plastic around the fans also light up around this card?

No! The Trixx model I guess has the RGB lights, this version only has the SAPPHIRE blue LED logo on the edge of the card. Other than the lights they look identical.
