That's pushing it. If it is a good quality PSU and isn't terribly old it might assuming you don't have several hard drives installed. You'll probably pull a little over the 450W during intense gaming, but a good PSU can handle periods of that.

This card consumes around 200W on heavy use. I would recommend a minimum 500W power supply.

I've always had Sapphire or Powercolor cards, have had zero issues. Their website states 85% longer life dual ball bearing fans and they look SS but I am not 100%. Honestly it wouldn't sway my decision one way or another, been running almost constant for a few months and they are still quietly calculating away.

its big. about an inch farther than the mounting brackets in your case. maybe an inch and half width. and slightly longer than your ATX motherboard.

yes it is.  people have confirmed that the rx580 will crossfire with the rx400 series. and i have this in crossfire with another 580.

PCI Express is forward and backward compatible, you will lose performance of maybe 10%

Memory clock is default at 1750 MHz.  Memory manufacturer for this card is either Samsung, Hynix, or Elpida, which you won't know until running gpu-z on the card yourself.
