It draws power from the board. You will not need a pin connector.

Question 2

It says it supports Windows 7 and 10, but it doesn't say anything about Windows 8.1.  Does it really not support Windows 8.1?

I suspect that is true.  AMD offers only W7 and W10, both 64 bit.  I suggest you ask SAPPHIRE directly.  You can probably call them and get a quick answer.  I suspect more and more you will see no support for any variation of W8.  Time to go to W10 that has MS support.

Is it good for playing games like minecraft?

I've been using the card to play Fortnite for almost a year now.  Works great for games with lower intensity.  However, I tried play COD Warzone and it would crap out.  So, for minecraft, I think it can easily handle it without any issues.

The box says yes, but the price of two of these would equal a much better card than two of these in crossfire.

Does this work with a 200W PSU?

The card in question draws 50 watts maximum. (I'd link the specs, but they won't let me.) Whether that will work with your 200 watt power supply depends on what other hardware you have in your machine. I'd say give it a try if you already have the power supply and machine built and are just upgrading your graphics card. If it won't boot or fails after boot then you'll need a bigger one. If you're building a machine from scratch then you really ought to go with a 300 to 350w power supply minimum if you can.

Will this card work with HPE-270f having legacy bios and Intel X58 Express chipset?

Using an LG 43UD79 43" 4k monitor with this card and a Gigabyte EX58-

UD5 motherboard.  Bios is non-UEFI, chipset is Intel 58, CPU is early

Core I7.  Running Win 7.

It works, but as it boots has a about 1 minute of and odd display of

vertical blue lines and some color coneftti in the lower left corner.  It corrects itself quick enough to display the last BIOS text screen

just before Windows boots.

Don't forget to go to the AMD web site to load the latest driver for

this secicific board.

So yeas, this card appears to work with the Intel 58 chip set.

Yes. Used it in my old legacy-only desktop and me new UEFI desktop. Worked great in both!

No, the official website recommends 400W. It really depends on what you're doing, but I am using mines to play fortnite, so I had to upgrade my power supply because my 300W couldn't run it well.

Not only will the rx550 4g work, so will the rx580 8g. Rx550 is nice and light. The rx580 isn't just big, it's stupid big. The 550 weighs way less than half the 580, takes less than half the space. Easy installation won't have to zip-tie wires and move your hard drives around, unless you really want to.
