what is the cfm for the rad fans?

Don't know but it's enough to keep my graphics card cool during extended gaming sessions after I tuned the three fans that came with the 360mm radiator.

PCIe 3 Compatibility? I have a Maximus X WiFi and am getting mixed responses.

The SAPPHIRE Toxic Radeon RX 6900 XT Video Card has an interface of PCI Express 4.0, but it is backward compatible with PCIe 3.0 slots. It will work on your Maximus X WiFi motherboard, which has PCIe 3.0 slots, although it will not run at the full PCIe 4.0 speeds.

I'm new to building a PC, but is this just screw in and done? Or do you need something else to help keep it cool? (Again, I'm a noob here).

Its an AIO (All In One) Cooler so you do not need a separate water-cooler system or anything like this to run it.

If you haven't already you should ensure that your power supply can provide enough power for this, and that you have a 360mm fan mount that you can fit the watercooling/fan block on.
