What is the minimum psu for this card?

It depends on the Motherboard and Processor you have. I ran it with a 450 Watt PSU when I had an old 955 processor. I had to go up to a 600 WATT PSU when i got the new FX-8350.

I believe it uses about 300 Watts at max load.

Basically, look at the power requirements of each component in your build and add 20-50 extra watts for some headroom and you should be set. Unless you're going to do Crossfire, a 600 watt PSU should be enough.

I have an MSI 990FXA-G65 V2, an FX-8350, 16 GB (4x4GB) 1600MHz, 1 120GB SSD, 1 2TB HDD, 1 4TB HDD, a PCI USB port, a PCI-express USB 3.0 adapter, 4 120 mm fans and quite a few usb devices and 600 WATTS has never been an issue for me.

Can Seasonic 750W M12 keep up two of those in XFire mode?

I have been asked this question before and, in theory you can run these in X-fire mode with 750W PSUs since wattage fluctuates depending on the stress put on these cards. my card under load goes above 300 watts, even with a good ventilated case, two cards will output a lot of heat, you will most likely find yourself having to add an aftermarket cooler to dissipate the heat and that means you will need more juice. My recommendation for multi-gpu (High End) setups is 900W+, to operate safely.
In the end I would "not" recommend Xfire these cards with a 750w PSU. If you are about to shell out 350 dollars on this card, it would be good to be able to juice it and be worry free.

Was I mistaken to think this was the GHz Edition? I bookmarked it ages ago thinking it was the GHz Edition. Is this NOT the GhZ edition?

No, you are not mistaken, I bought this almost two months ago, and it is the GHz edition. On my computer it shows the item as being called the SAPPHIRE Vapor-x 100351VXSR Radeon HD 7970 GHZ Edition 3GB 384-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x15 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card.

Where can I buy this in Newfoundland, and can this run Skyrim at ultra graphics with at least 120-210 FPS?

you can buy via ebay, I've seen a few on sale from Britain.  No this card will not run Skyrim @ ultra graphics with a fps of 120.  I doubt you would get that with a gtx Titan.  You are looking at running twin gtx780's or twin R9 290x's.  No single card out will run Skyrim at 1080p @ 120fps.  Sorry.

Rass...bad advice you give? Most of us build our PC around the case, power supply, fans, burner, etc.. The upgrade when it comes time is the mobo, chip, heatsink/fan, memory, and v-card. I've had the same customized Lian Li full tower set up for last 12 years.
Had you taken time to review this video card you would had known it pulls a little over 200 watts, it also pulls over 400 watts when overclocked. 
From reading your input I see that your builds are over taxed from inadequate PSU's and under current. In other words, your components work harder and stay under stress more than they should. I suggest you start reading more and opening your mind.
Another misconception is that most think the PSU pulls the same wattage as it's rated, not so. A PC build that pulls 500 watts with a 1000 PSU is still only going to pull 500 watts. That same PC will run cooler and components will have less stress. Enough said...

It won't pull 400 watts. The PCI bus + the two connectors each pull 75 watts for a maximum total of 225 watts.

Most of you are clueless when it comes to choosing the correct PSU. This card calls for 300 watts, your chip alone pulls another 125-175F for AMD and 85-125F Intel, depending on the OC. Calculate the rest of your parts in, mobo, drives, memory, fans, etc., and you have another what? Now factor 20% more for the PSU's efficiency rating and you'll have the minimum size the PC needs, Pay attention to the rail specs, higher is better. Remember that PSU will put out a lot of heat into your case at the minimum size, so if you skimp don't complain about everything running hotter in that enclosed case. Figure I'd give y'all a few things to consider when choosing a PSU, I could have just ignored this topic.

This card requires 500 watt psu, that is for whole system not just the card. You can use the asus psu calculator if you need to know what psu to get. If you just get the basics, cd/dvd, cpu, video card, hd, etc you'll be fine with 500-600 watt psu, if you want higher that will be good to but you'll probably be wasting your money.

All the PSU I've bought either grab air from inside the case or outside the case through a screen. I've never had a PSU blow hot air into my case, You shouldn't worry about PSU heating up your system.
