Pros: Great fan. I needed a PSU fan replacement that was quiet and this fit perfectly. Perfect blend of speed and noise for my application.
Cons: Nothing really, I guess no fan controller? I didn't expect one at this price though.
Overall Review: It's cheap, durable, and has all the specs I need. Of course, this fan isn't for all applications, but for medium airflow this is a great fan. I'll definitely buy it again. Comes with an adapter that'll let it plug into either a motherboard header or a molex connector. Since I spliced the wire I didn't use either, but nice to have.
