I have an asus M5A&8L-M and my case is a deep cool kendomen can i use this for all the extra fans?

Yes, it is an excellent controller. I installed mine 6 months ago. This controller fits a 3.5" bay. If your case does not have an external 3.5 opening, you will need to mount this inside the case like I did in one of the 3.5 HD drive bays.

Just to double check, this fits inside a Floppy drive front bay?

Yes, the floppy bay size is 3.5 . Or you can get an adapter from 5.25 to 3.5 and you can put it in the cd/dvd bay

Does this controller allow you to completely turn off the fans? I plan on leaving the cpu fan hooked up to the motherboard and use this for the additional fans I added.

I think it only has auto and manual adjustments. I never tryed to shut them off. Its a nice controller still running nice for 2 years.
