I can not vouch for the disc installation but, surprisingly, this package also comes with a Steam code for the Limited Edition of the game as well.  A wonderful bonus.

As for why this game is $3 on NewEgg and $30 on Steam, well, $30 is the full retail price of the game that is now bundled with the Dragon War Pack as a standard Steam copy.  More reason to jump on this NewEgg copy for $3.  Steam copy AND a disc copy!
