I don't have internet but would like to play game can I?

Unfortunately I don't believe so. On the back of the box it says it specifically requires an internet connection and free steam account to play. So basically you need to hook up your pc to the internet and install steam once, activate the game once, then you will have full access to all 3 campaigns permanently, with or without internet access. If you cannot do the first steps then you are out of luck to the best of my tech knowledge. I HIGHLY disagree with this policy and I believe that if you have the disk in your hand  you should be able to play it no matter what. But that is an argument for another time. In summary, if you have the money to take the chance, I'd say do it, but all signs are pointing to it won't work.
