Planning of buy this PC headset to connect to my Lenovo T440s, running Windows 7 Enterprise, and which comes with combo audio/mic jack, and use mainly with Webex teleconference. Is this compatible PC headset able to meet my requirements? Does the headset comes with the Y splitter for combo audio/mic jack?

Unfortunately it is not included. Separate audio and mic jacks only... sorry.
