I’ve been using the machine for a while and now it’s not brewing coffee. Is it broken?
No, it’s not broken. It just needs to be descaled. Please refer to the user manual for descaling instructions, and the machine will work normally again.
Why does my coffee machine keep preheating and not brew?
This may happen if a cup with water on it was placed on top of the machine to warm. The water can seep into the internal components and cause a circuit malfunction. Please always ensure cups are completely dry before placing them on the machine.
