The small brusk on the front of my vacume does not work?

I guess you are referring to the velvet orange wood floor polisher on the very front of the machine. This roller works on the same mechanism as the main roller brush,  make sure the velvet orange roller is fully assembled/engaged to the driver side.  Keep in mind you do not need the velvet orange roller to vacuum your carpet!

Are all the accessories included and complete?

The only accessory I received was crack/crevice tool with a sliding duster head.  Nothing else.  Mine was missing a filter on the end of the motor. No buggy I bought new ones from AZ.
