Is this a barebone system or does it ship with memory and hard drive? If it does what is the amount of memory and size of hard drive?

This is 100% BAREBONE!  NO memory, NO hard drive, NO optical drive, NO processor and NO operating system.  You will need to load it up with compatible components to your liking and budget!  Pay attention to which Intel processors and memory modules are compatible -- it's best view the specs on Shuttle's website first before buying these components.  Once you get this loaded up, it works great!

Will this hardware support Windows 7? Also, I'm still running LGA 775 and 1366 so what do I need as far as CPU, with or without video? Any suggestions for a good budget CPU for this board? Thanks

Scott, Yes this Model is compatible with Win7.  I would go with the Intel i5 CPU with 8gb of system memory.   I would also use a nVidia GT210 video card.  This isn't  the cheapest but it will provide you with a great system with plenty of power with  nice graphics.

Are the LED's bright?  I have a Shuttle XH61 SFF system and the blue power LED is bright enough to light up an entire room.
