If you need more than a basic PC for work or play, but you don't need all the extra bells and whistles, consider Shuttle's SN68G2. Part of their compact, affordable Glamor Series, it is designed to support the latest AM2 multi-core processors including AMD Athlon 64 and Athlon 64 x2 CPUs as well as AMD Sempron chipsets. Communication between the CPU and other components is accelerated with 1Ghz HyperTransport technology. Options within the BIOS enable excellent control over CPU frequency and voltage settings with a user-friendly menu. Up to 4GB of DDR2 SDRAM memory can be installed with up to 1 Ghz supported in overclocking mode.
The integrated nVIDIA GeForce 7025 graphics engine supports DirectX 9, and CineFX 3.0 architecture to deliver the full 3D effects of Windows Vista's Aero 3D interface.
