This is a 'BareBone'  system.  So that means you get:
- Case
- Motherboard
- CPU COOLING system
- all needd cables and screws

What you need to add your self:
- CPU
- RAM (memory)
- Harddrive (Storage)
- Video/GPU card (the LGA 2011 Chips DO NOT have on board video)

This system is a GREAT deal for any LGA2011 +6 Core system.  I have 4 of them for my render farm. They all sit about 10 feet behind me and they are relatively quite. Performance wise you need to consider their small form factor.    In the same space a mini-ATX case takes you can get @ of these, DOUBLING your space/performance.
