Is this memory card compatible with a Samsung Tab2 ?

No, under the manufacture's specifications (on Samsung's Website) for Samsung Tab 2 its states that the Maximum allowed "user memory" is 32GB, the Tab 2, will not work properly or may not recognize any Micro SD Card over 32GB.

Question 2

The product says that is a micro SDHC, however, the specifications says it is a micro SDXC?  Which is it?  I can only use a SDHC.

That's a typo from whoever entered the product info.  It's MicroSDXC, you can even see it printed on the packaging and the card itself.  Any card over 32GB, up to 2TB, is SDXC.  Source: SD Association.
