yes a very small hole on the one corner of the metal swivel piece can accommodate small key rings and thin chains.  you cant see it due to the angle of all pictures but its a tiny square hole up there.

When you plug in the flash drive your browser will automatically search and install the necessary drivers.  If your browser's auto search is unsuccessful, then you will have to check for the necessary drivers from the manufacturer.

yes  it can be used  to back up your your computer if the total content in your computer hard drive , about which you are taking and its content is less than 100 GB or less , leaving a 20 GB room space for some disk error and some additional space for the future addition of 5 to 10 GB of contents more . i have also purchased it to use as a back up disk in the form USB stick which is much smaller than a hard drive.

no problem reading, write varies usually between 35 - 80 mbs, I dont pay close attention anymore as they are excellent.

If I recall it's FAT32 and comes preformatted to the full 128GB.  Note that Windows can read this just fine but the built in Windows format utility will only format up to 32GB.  To reformat to full size again you can download one of several free utilities.  
Fat32Formatter, Fat32format, etc..

You could have figured it out by measuring the width of the standard USB male connector.

Is this product backward compatible say like could I use it on my XBOX 360 for back up?

The Xbox 360 does support USB 3.0, but it will most likely run at 2.0 speeds, depending on the makeup of the specific drive. However, the 360 has a storage limit of 32GB for Xbox 360-specific storage. So you would only be able to use 32GB from any drive above that. If not formatted in Xbox 360 format, you should be able to read any amount of data. This is from personal experience. Hope this helps.
