Pros: This case was designed to be cool and quiet in colaberation with engineers from a quiet computing organization. They have succeeded on both counts. I have 4 - 120mm case fans, 1 - 120mm Zalman CPU cooling fan and the 80mm PSU fan. All I hear is a gentle sound of moving air. The case is large enough to have room for expansion, and the design of having the PSU on the bottom is really great. This is my second Antec case, my first one lasted 10 years thru 4 different motherboards, I'm sure this one will last at least as long unless MB design changes radically.

Cons: I can't believe that this case comes without a speaker!!! I took my speaker from my old case and put it into this one.

Overall Review: I read almost all of the CONS from people who bought this case from Newegg. They helped me enormously in reaching my decision to buy this one. Hints like routing the hard drive cables thru the slot under the bottom fan, the case not having a speaker, the care needed in removeing the side panels all helped me avoid mistakes in building my system. I reccomend that you look over the reviews to not only help you decide if you want to buy this product, but to get helpful information on problems and tricks on how to build your system. The information by previous owners are more accurate than the professional reviews I read, which rarely include some of the shortcomings and tips & tricks to make using this case easier.

Pros: Overall excellent design. Very quiet with excellent cooling. Use passive cooling on video card and the system is inaudible. (I use a Gigabyte GF6800) Also big Zalman cooler running at 1000rpm on AMD 64 3200+ with 2 gig of Mushkin 2,2,2 RAM. Excellent customer support from Antec. Lack of internal speaker not a problem with ASUS "talking motherboards" (but it really should have one)

Cons: Front door flimsy. No internal speaker (not a problem with some motherboards) Weird quality control problems (I think I got an early version of this case) ie: 1) The reset switch did not work. I traced this to the motherboard end of its cable that had a connector crimped around the insulation rather than bare wire. Easily resoldered. 2)The front panel USB ports have an internal short that causes the systemj to reboot if anything is plugged into them. This happens even if the cable is not attached to the motherboard! Since it is an integral casting that contains USB, Firewire and audio cables, something inside is shorted. If I unplug all 3 cables from the motherboard, the problem stops. 3) The front panel door has warped slighlty. The weird problems I had seem not be mentioned by anyone else (except for the front door warping). It took only 1 e-mail to Antec to get them to ship me a new door and new integrated front panel USB Firewire audio setup.

Overall Review: The following are common problems people have with this case and the solutions. 1) The video card fan duct is difficult to remove or needs removal of screws that are self tapping into plastic and hence, will break. This is not true. You should remove the fan duct by removing the 2 small screws at the bottom edge of the duct that are screwed into tapped metal receivers. These 2 screws are also used to adjust the left-right position of the duct. It takes seconds to remove them and the duct slips off to the right. 2) problems with power suppoly cables too short or PSU is too big. You must do your homework for this case. Use an Antec neopower or other suggested PSU and everything fits with the stock fans. 3)How to disassemble & clean front filters. You don't dissasemble anything. Open the front door of the case and push in on the right side of the grills over the small triangle cast into the plastic. The grills will pop open hinged o n the left.

Pros: What a beautiful case. Sleek outer design, solid construction all around, and all you can think when you look at the inside design is smart, smart, smart. Separated PSU compartment in what is virtually a wind tunnel isolates the PSU heat from the rest of the system, there are large silent yet effective 120mm fans on top of the case (heat rises so this is crucial) and at the rear, and there is a direct air duct from a rear grille straight to where the videocard sits and it can be either passive air cooling or you could mount a fan right inside that air duct. It's all ingenius. If cases were girls, the Antec P180 would be the Jessica Alba of the Case Kingdom. Will you marry me, Antec P180?

Cons: Weighs as much as a fat WoW geek but who cares? Don't drag this case around to LAN parties, unless you wanna build some muscle. But chances are you are a computer gaming geek and working out, along with girls, is of no interest to you. But you should work out, it's healthy. Think of it like.... everytime you increase your bench press by 5 lbs you are gaining a level in World of Warcraft.

Overall Review: If trees could scream, would we be so cavalier about cutting them down? Maybe, if they screamed all the time, for no good reason.

Overall Review: This case is the best I have ever used. I'll admit I am somewhat of an antec fanboy, but this case really does rock. It is the most quiet, non-watercooled case I have ever heard. The 3 120mm fans and heavy shell get the credit for this. Also having the PSU at the bottom keeps that head away from the cpu. I am running a fx-55 cpu with stock heatsink and average about 35C when on a full load. The fans are also only at mid speed. There is plenty of room for any setup inside. and installation is very easy except for power supply cords. I had a hard time fitting them up to the main chamber from the bottom. (I am using a antec smartpower 500w psu) The only downside is the weight ( 40+ lbs ) but I do not move my box ever, so that really isnt a con to me. The door is great but the lock is worthless. It could be broken by accident if it were locked and someone didnt know when opening it (so weak). The removeable air filters are another great plus to this case. They can be washed in the sink!

Pros: TONS of space, very easy to get things in and out, excellent airflow, really quiet.

Cons: initial wiring and setup takes some planning. . . not really a con if your patient and con't mind doing that

Overall Review: This thing is a TANK. got it with HUGE gashes in the box (it looked like some took a few whacks at it with an axe) and there was only a little scuff on the front. it is kind of heavy too. with everyting in it's weighing about 45 lbs. plus or minus a couple. also for direct wiring to the lower HD cage, take out the fan (can move it to the middle front for intake) and get an 80mm fan to cool the HDs from the front.

Pros: It has a great minimalist look, if you're into that. The silver accents the black nicely, and the front panel is elegant, both open and closed. The front panel can be opened to sit flush with the side of the case. The front panel covers snap in and out very easily. Once you read the instructions and get the hang of it, removing the filters on the front two fans is easy. The filters have helped tremendously to keep my computer clean. The case has a LOT of space -- motherboards, bays, there's plenty of everything. The nice part is that you can remove the middle 3.5" internal bays to add a fan, or (supposedly to cool your VGA card) keep the bays there. The case was designed to keep your components cool and quiet. It, for the most part, succeeds. The aluminum sides keep the case cool, the stock fans are excessively loud at low speed, although they don't move much air and do get quite loud at higher settings. Also, there is room for 4 120mm fans at a time.

Cons: THIS IS NOT AN ALL-METAL CASE! The side and front panels are aluminum with plastic frames, and the bottom and top are all plastic. It seems to be good-quality plastic, though. The front panel hinge doesn't seem very durable. This is definitely not a tooless case. You have to screw rails onto anything going into a bay, which seem to have little point, and screwing in the external card slots is very awkward. Overall, the multichamber design is extremely awkward. 1. make sure you have a PSU with long power cables. 2. the PSU placement won't help cooling at all. Most PSUs have fans at right angles to each other - useless, if not dangerous in this case. Even if you buy a PSU with a fan on the front and back like I did, it's not really going to cool much, which created a dangerously hot situation for my hard drives in the lower bays. You HAVE to use the fan in the lower bay. 3. the PSU bay will accommodate a STANDARD ATX PSU, but most high-watt PSUs are longer and interfere with

Overall Review: This is not a beginner's case. I was a beginner computer builder when I got this, and I struggled. The instructions address everything important, but are a little sparse on detail and hard to read. You're going to have to store somewhere a bunch of bays and parts taken out of the system. Cable routing is tricky -- route both motherboard power cables and molex cables for the 5.25" external bays behind the motherboard. Shove SATA cables between the external 3.5" bay and the case wall. The (stock) lower fan speed selector is inaccessible -- you have to open the case to change it. It's odd that it doesn't have a speaker, but not a big deal. The front panel connectors are loose and contribute to cable spaghetti. It seems like having 2 fans next to each other in the back isn't very effective. Pros: Had my eye on this case since it came out earlier this year, but just now picked one up. Oh man, glad I did - this thing is extremely roomy, very well designed, no rattles, very quiet, excellent instruction despite no pictures, and HEAVY. I think that's a good thing because my machine doesn't move much, and when I hit it with my leg, I like it to stay there. I noticed a idle temp drop of about 10 degrees C on my Geforce 7900 after putting it in this case - didn't check the CPU temp.

Cons: - Expensive, but definitely worth it. I don't know of any other case with the isolated chamber design inside, they are just big holes. - A lot of work to put everything in and route all the cables

Overall Review: If you want a quiet, premium case, this is it. The cost is easily justified by the life of the case, especially if you're the kind who buys a new mobo/vid card every 8-12 months.

Pros: This is by far the most well designed case I have ever dealt with. Everything seems to be in the perfect location. The dual heat zone design is great, the hard drive cages are amazing. There are silicone grommets everywhere absorbing every tiny vibration, and the fans are absolutely silent. The 6 fans are great with the 3 speed configurations. And the case matches any decor.

Cons: Someone told me it looks mac-ish :(

Overall Review: Don't let them fool you! The specifications say that this case has 3 fans. Wrong! it actually comes with 6 fans! There are two more slots for fans in the case, they come in small boxes, and they give you one extra as a backup. There is an alternate configuration that you can do to create a wind tunnel inside the case which is perfect for SLI! Read the manual.
