can you fold the screen all the way over to where it is on the back side of the keyboard, for taking hand notes/ drawings?

yes you can, in fact, on the keyboard side, it has four little rubber "feet" so when you use it with the screen upwards, and the keyboard down, it will seat on them so you won´t damage the keys.

There is no Vram.  Dedicated Intel graphics have Unified Memory Architecture and don't need "dedicated" Vram - they get memory dynamically from the operating system when they need it.

It has 1080p capability, but it depends on what you are hoping to accomplish. If you are hoping to play Battlefield 4 or play League of Legends on High graphics everything, you will not get that. You will, but it will not be the same as a Nvidia GeForce GTX 980m. This is a leisure laptop, with extreme upsides.
