The Silverstone website shows that these fans have 140mm slot adaptors, but newegg doesn't picture them in the contents.  Does this fan include these adapters, or are they sold seperately?

Just got my fans. In case anyone was curious this is version 2 of the FHP141 fan.  They now include 140mm mounting adaptors as an accessory despite what is pictured.  Newegg should probably update the title, specs, and pics.

Can these be put on a heatsink that fits 140mm fans?

Sorta.  Yes, if you put the adapters on them, you can mount them to anything with a 140mm hole spacing, BUT they do not ship with the screws to attach the four adapters.  Also, they're quite a bit thicker than most fans, so if it's say, a heatsink where you have wire clips meant to hold it in place, it may be too thick, or the squared-off corners might prevent the clip from holding properly.

IMO, best use is with 120mm or 140mm spaced radiators, or as a case fan.
