Question 1

Although this is a MicroATX case, can it fit an ATX PSU?(Corsair Builder Series CX 430 Watt ATX/EPS  80 PLUS (CX430) ).

It will fit, but since space is at a premium, a modular PSU might serve you better, especially since "extra long cables" is one of the features of the PSU you listed. If you can figure out how to route the cables efficiently for your build, then go for it.

Question 2

Does the included front 120mm fan have a 3 pin or 4 pin connector?

I've purchased two of these on separate occasions and both were 3 pin.  Solid case overall, though one of mine had VERY poor quality control around the PSU area and I had to file down a rivet for the PSU to clear it.

Can I fit a AIO Water cooler in the front?

I will have to go with No. As to why, There isn't enough room for a radiator and the fans. Also the hard drive bays aren't removable allowing the configuration.

Question 4

Will the Hyper 212 Evo fit in this case, or should I go for a smaller unit/water cooler? (Temperatures are not a large concern.)

Accepted Answer

Compare the height of the heat sink with the width of the case + a little extra with the motherboard and its standoffs.

Just by looking at it, I wouldn't chance it.
