Question 1

Will this allow me to replace the original motherboard USB 3 in my computer, which has a bent pin in the USB 3 connection?

Accepted Answer

No as this card does not have any external facing USB ports.  There are expansion cards that will allow you to do that.  This is not one of those cards.  This allows you to hook say front facing USB3 ports up if the system board doesn't have enough room for them.

Question 2

I can't see the input side in the photo, does this allow for a 19 pin (or 2 x 19 pin) USB 3 connections to feed into the MB?

I'm sorry, I'm not 100% sure what you're asking, but I'll try to answer.  This card obviously plugs into the motherboard and then allows you to run a female 19-pin cable from the card to a USB 3.0 computer device (allowing for two USB 3.0 ports).  My computer already had four USB 3.0 ports, using all of the motherboard's capabilities, but I added an NZXT Aperture M and I wanted the two additional USB 3.0 ports on the Aperture M to work, which is why I added this card.  Nothing on this card "feeds" into the motherboard (card attaches to motherboard via PCI Express), but it essentially adds USB 3.0 capability to your motherboard, via the 19-pin male plug that you can see in the picture. Question 3

Would this card function with the same speed if I plugged it in to "PCIe x1" slot instead of a "PCIe 2.0 x16" on my P6X58D Premium Asus mother board? (I assume that the PCIe x1 is "gen. 1", while the PCIe 2.0 x16 is " gen. 2", with twice the data transfer speed - although this is not clear for me from the above cited notations used in the Asus Mother Board manual.) Thanks for any reply.

Though the card will work with any version of PCIe 1.1 - 3.0, USB 3 requires the data rate of PCIe 2 to realize its maximum rate. PCIe 1 is about half the speed. PCIe 3 is twice again as fast, but you won't see much difference at all between those specs. I've never seen a motherboard that mixes PCIe specs. PCIe x1 means you get one data channel in each direction whereas the 16 has 16 channels, with all 16 on one direction, or up to 8 in each. The card in question is deaigned for the PCIe x1 slot and will not go any faster on the 16 slot. 
TLDR: the x1 in PCIe x1 refers to data chanels, not PCIe standards. No difference  in speed should be seen.

Question 4

I know that there is a 19 pin USB 3 connector on the card and the other connector is a 4 pin Molex connector. I can't imagine any other reason than this plug is required for the card to work. I'll ask anyway does the card require plugging in a molex plud from my power supply? Thanks for responding.

Although cards using PCIe x1 slots have 10W available for their use, the molex lead provides power in regulated 3.3V, 5V or 12V draws in a modern ATX power supply. The PCIe slots make power available in 3.3V or 12V only. The card requires you to plug the molex in to take advantage of that 5V pull. I've tried using the card without the molex plug and it simply does not work.

Question 5

Will the USB 3.0 cord from the I/O port of the Raijintek Agos White tower chassis reach this card's connector? Because that's what I need this card for, as my motherboard does not have USB 3.0 connectors on it!

I looked at the product pictures of your case on their site. It looks similar in size to my Aindees AI8 and the cord looks pretty long on the product pictures. I think you will be fine.
